Travel experts discover the fascination of Japanese luxury in Munich

When pure exclusivity meets timeless elegance, something truly exceptional unfolds. That is exactly what a select group of travel experts experienced at the inaugural luxury trade event organized by the German office of the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO). In the elegant ambience of the Mandarin Oriental in Munich, Japan presented itself from its most luxurious side and even attracted experts from the far north to the heart of Bavaria.

The Japan Luxury Seminar set a new benchmark for presenting Japanese luxury in Germany. Ten providers from Japan and Europe, specially invited for this occasion, offered a captivating insight into the world of premium travel – one marked by impeccable craftsmanship, culinary excellence and innovative exclusivity.

After an elegant champagne reception, inspiring short presentations took guests on a journey through extraordinary offerings – from classic car rallies to exclusive gourmet experiences with Sake certification and breathtaking hotel concepts. A captivating Taiko drum performance infused the evening with cultural rhythms, before an exclusive Japanese dinner treated guests to a culinary delight.

In the subsequent networking sessions, participants had the opportunity to engage directly with the providers, gaining valuable insights into the many facets of Japanese luxury.

With this successful debut, JNTO Frankfurt not only showcased Japan’s potential as a luxury destination in an impressive light, but also created a platform that redefined the fascination for exclusive experiences and authentic hospitality.
